If you purchased the Boxed Set, I recommend you read the entire manual, then write down your questions for your free 20 minute consultation. This way you don't ask questions that were already answered. 
Instructions for opening your secure files
- Make sure your anti virus program is up-to-date and your computer has been scanned for any viruses.
- Make sure you do the same thing with your anti-spyware software.
- Please make sure you have updated all patches for your operating system. We won't be responsible for any error messages you get because of this.
- Go to one of the links above and click on the section(s) you purchased. If you purchased the Box Set manual, you can use the "Box Set" link.
- A window will then pop up asking you for the user name and password we supplied to you. Please type it in exactly as you see it, as it is case sensitive. Than press "okay".
- The "file download" dialogue box will pop up. Click the save button to open the save as window.
- Find the file you just saved. Every icon looks different on everyone's computer and it is a .exe file just so you know.
- Double click on the file and then click on Unzip in the upper-right hand corner.
- By default, it goes to C:Exotic Publishingthe section you purchased, so to go to that folder, click on My Computer on your desktop, then on C: Drive and then on the folder called Exotic Publishing. Everything is organized in folders by Volume.
- As an option, you can also choose where you want to save the manual by clicking on "Browse".
- Now go to the folder where you unzipped the files to and you will see one or more program files called executables. They are gray buttons that look like locks.
- You need to just double click on
one
of those files and a pop up window will appear on your screen. Enter the access code/key given to you in the e-mail with the download link sent by Michelle. You need to do this once per volume. - We highly recommend that you disable any firewalls or give 'permission' to our files to access the internet. Each time you go to open the files, the key is validated which means you need to be online to open the files!
- Once again, for those of you who do not have Adobe Reader on your computer, you will need Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher installed before you can read your PDF files.
